HIGH PROTEIN POWER BREAKFAST

Start your day off with a protein packed and filling healthy breakfast.


AVOCADO TOAST


Take a ripe Haas avocado, remove the seed and mix it thoroughly with a half-length of a scallion onion finely chopped. Salt and pepper to taste. Next scramble one egg, cook, then mix it with the avocado mixture. Toast a slice of whole grain bread or a healthy slice of your choice of bread (non-glutton or paleo). Spread the avocado mixture on the toast and enjoy!


It is packed with protein-over 11 grams, less than 300 calories, low in saturated fat, plenty of vitamins and the best part? It will satisfy your hunger for hours! There is enough for two breakfasts. Use half and store the rest in the frige for tomorrow or share with your partner.
